In December of 2023, the Fulton City Council adopted the official Budget and Capital Improvement Program for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2024, and ending December 31, 2024. The budget includes an estimate of the revenues and expenditures of the city necessary to carry out its corporate purposes, including the revenues and expenditures generated by the operation and maintenance of public utilities for the residents of the city.
