About Fulton

As the municipal government for the City of Fulton, we focus on acting ethically and responsibly for the betterment of our community. We take pride in the work we do, strive to communicate and work with our citizens, and continuously improve services we provide. Through it all, we aim for innovation in how we approach issues and consider the future of Fulton.

Fulton is centrally located within Missouri and offers convenient access to Interstate 70 and U.S. Route 54. We’re also the seat for Callaway County, home to the Callaway County Chamber of Commerce, and boast a thriving downtown called the Brick District.

The city operates on a $51 million budget which supports 160 full-time employees and 40 part-time/seasonal employees. City Hall is located in downtown Fulton with other city-owned facilities around town. The City of Fulton was incorporated in 1859 and now runs as a full-service city providing most utilities and services for its citizens.
