What are the historic districts in Fulton?

The City of Fulton has a wide array of historic buildings, many of which were constructed more than one hundred years ago. Some structures, such as Westminster Gymnasium, site of Winston Churchill’s famed “Iron Curtain” speech in 1946, and George Washington Carver School are listed on the National Register of Historic Places for their impact on not only Fulton and Callaway County, but the State of Missouri and even the world.  Also, Fulton has five uniquely designated historical districts featuring distinctive architecture and area that played an important role in the city’s growth.
