The City of Fulton took on the challenge of raising its south water tower on Monday, August 15. Adding 50 feet to its height will allow the water tower to become functional once again. It had been out of service since 2006 when two new water towers were constructed on the north and west sides of Fulton. The south tower will now be at the same elevation as the north and west towers – 998 feet above see level. Check out the photo gallery.
