Painting Raffle To Help Support New Animal Shelter Initiative

Local residents have a chance to win a custom painting and also help Fulton build a new animal shelter. For only $1, a raffle ticket can be purchased to win a painting by Fulton artist Wayne Legge. The winner can choose a print of downtown Fulton during Christmas or an original commissioned painting of their home. A block of six raffle tickets can also be purchased for $5. Proceeds from the raffle will go towards the New Fulton Animal Shelter Initiative. Tickets can be bought at Fulton City Hall, Garrett Animal Shelter or the Kingdom of Callaway Chamber of Commerce through December 31. The drawing will take place on December 31 at 3 p.m inside City Hall. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing. So far, the New Fulton Animal Shelter Initiative has raised more than $156,000 or 63 percent of the total goal.
