Fulton Public Schools is fully accredited by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education through the Missouri School Improvement Program. Fulton High School is an A+ school and the district has received achieved DESE’s top honor, Distinction in Performance, for seven of the past nine years.  Teachers in Fulton Public Schools average 12.4 years of experience and more than 44 percent have a Master’s Degree or higher. The student-teacher ratio is 18 to 1.

Founded in 1851, the Missouri School for the Deaf serves as both a resident and day school for deaf students throughout the state. It includes elementary, middle, and high school programs. MSD offers traditional skill training through a career and technology center that includes cooking, autoworking, and woodworking.


  Kingdom Christian Academy

Kingdom Christian Academy was the vision of Paul Bastian, a farmer who wanted a Christian school in Callaway County. On September 5, 1995, KCA opened its doors to 42 students from Kindergarten through the Eighth Grade. The classrooms consisted of space donated for use by the First Baptist Church. In 2010, KCA moved to a larger facility on the Missouri School for the Deaf campus.
