The City of Fulton has 96-gallon recycling carts available to residents. Those wishing to receive a cart can fill out the registration form below or contact the Solid Waste Department at 573-592-3176. Beginning on July 1, 2021 any resident who is wanting to participate in recycling will need a blue recycling cart. A $2 fee will be added to your utility bill for each recycling container.
