City Buildings Closing to Public

Beginning on Tuesday, January 5, all City of Fulton facilities will be closed to the public until further notice.  This includes City Hall, police and fire departments, City Warehouse, and Grabb Animal Shelter.  Appointments can still be made with specific departments on a limited basis.  Residents needing to pay their utility bill can use the drive-through window at City Hall or drop boxes at City Hall and on Court Street.  Also, bills can be paid by mail or online at fultonmo.org.
