Recycling Carts Available

If you are a big supporter of recycling, the City of Fulton has more 96-gallon carts in stock. Anyone receiving one will be charged $2 per month, per cart on their utility bill. Carts are required in order to participate in the recycling program. If interested in receiving a recycling
